It is important to work closely with the operators to ensure that optimal working conditions are created and that they are respected. The standards ensure that the guest is satisfied and can return or recommend us


Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. In case of cancellation made after the deadline, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged. 2. Reservation Changes You can change your reservation at no additional cost, provided that the changes are made at least 48 hours before the arrival date. 4. Exceptions Special policies may apply during peak season events or holidays. Please check the conditions at the time of booking. 5. Refund Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.
